I agree with the privacy and data processing policy provided by the developers of BotHands. The bot collects only the necessary information to provide its services. The collected data is used exclusively within the framework of the bot’s functionality. User information is not transferred to third parties without their consent, except in cases provided for by law.

2. Understanding the risks and limitations

I am aware that the Telegram bot BotHands is an experimental product that may be in the process of development, improvement or error correction. Due to this experimental nature, despite all the efforts of the developers, various temporary malfunctions in the bot may occur. Such malfunctions may include: unavailability of the bot, delays in generation processing, errors in generation responses, and other similar problems.

I understand that the developers of the Telegram bot BotHands do not give any explicit or implied guarantees regarding the quality of the generated content (since this concept is very relative and depends on the imagination and imagination of the user, in addition, there are no criteria for determining the quality parameters of generation), except in cases when the launch of generation did not give correct results. This includes, but is not limited to, materials calling for violence, discrimination, illegal actions, as well as those that violate the rights of other citizens. The bot developer reserves the right to remove or block access to content that violates these principles.

4. Project support and receipt of gift generation tokens

I realize that financial support is a voluntary contribution to the development of the BotHands project, in exchange for which I will receive tokens that I can use to generate works. I am responsible for making the decision to send funds as voluntary support for the project without any obligations on the part of the developers of BotHands and guarantees for the stability of work.

I realize that receiving a gift certificate in exchange for financial support for the project is a voluntary contribution to the development of the BotHands project. In exchange for financial support, a certificate (of the selected denomination) with a promo code for its activation will be received by a third party specified in the form when issuing a gift generation token. I am also responsible for making the decision to send funds as voluntary support for the project without any obligations on the part of the developers of BotHands and guarantees for the stability of work.

5. Boosty Subscription Generation Tokens

The user confirms and agrees that the funds sent to support the BotHands project in exchange for gift generation tokens or a Boosty subscription are non-refundable. Regardless of the reason, whether it is dissatisfaction with the quality of the bot’s services, unwillingness to continue using it, technical problems or other circumstances, the user understands and agrees with the complete absence of the right to refund the funds sent. In case of disputes, the user is given the opportunity to contact the support of the BotHands Telegram bot @bothands_admin to provide information and resolve any issues.

The balance of generation tokens received by subscription in the Boosty service is updated monthly upon request through the form of sending a motivation letter. To do this, select the in the bot menu: /tokens/ Promo tokens / Boosty / A motivation letter, and then write that you are a Boosty subscriber by specifying your login on the service and a photo of the receipt confirming the subscription renewal. After checking the current Boosty subscription, generation tokens will be credited to your balance in an amount depending on the subscription status. The token balance can be replenished only after the previous generation token package has been exhausted. An application for replenishment of the token balance can be submitted once a month.

6. Promo and prize generation tokens

All the same rules apply to promo tokens received using a promo code or by sending a motivation letter as for tokens received through financial support of the project.

7. Updates, improvements and technical restriction of access

I agree that developers can implement updates and improvements to the bot in order to troubleshoot and expand its tools that may affect the appearance and functionality of the bot. In case of high server load, technical problems or the introduction of updates, the developer reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the bot or make changes to the functionality to ensure stable operation and application of updates.

8. Troubleshooting

I agree that in case of problems with the bot, upon my request, contact support through the bot administrator @bothands_admin I will be compensated for all lost generation tokens due to a temporary malfunction of the bot.

9. Expiration date of generation tokens

The expiration date of generation tokens is 1 year. You can extend the validity period of expired generation tokens at any time by contacting Telegram bot support BotHands @bothands_admin and describing the reason for the delay.

10. Refund of funds

I confirm and agree that the funds paid for using the BotHandsTelegram bot are non-refundable. Regardless of the reason, whether it is dissatisfaction with the quality of the bot’s services, unwillingness to continue using it, technical problems or other circumstances, the user understands and agrees with the complete absence of the right to a refund. In case of disputes or problems, users are given the opportunity to contact the support of the Telegram bot BotHands @bothands_admin for more information and a solution to the issue
